If you're a fan of flora and from a St. Louis apartment, then one spot you simply would have to check out would be the Missouri Botanical Garden. One of the largest Botanical Gardens in the state, it's a fantastic place for those living near the Missouri Botanical Gardens and those simply living in St. Louis apartments alike to come and visit and stroll through the wonders of color, texture
, and smell. The garden features numerous gardens, each offering a little something different for the visitors, and each featuring flora so breathtaking you won't want to leave.

Most botanical gardens only off visitors a few gardens and maybe a couple of greenhouses, but this garden offers visitors, as well as those with apartments near the Missouri Botanical Gardens, the opportunity to experience all the wonder of Missouri's vegetation with over half a dozen different gardens each offering up a unique experience. The first spot that nature-lovers from St. Louis apartments much visit is the Climatron conservatory, a half acre of some of the most beautiful tropical plants around, including banana, cacao, and coffee trees, as well as gorgeous orchids and epiphytes, and is also home to many tropical birds as well. You can then move on to the Japanese Garden, the largest Japanese strolling garden in the Western Hemisphere, which comes complete with koi, streams, waterfalls, and even stone lanterns, all adding to the gorgeous beauty of the uniquely designed gardens.

The Ottoman Garden is also a sight to behold, featuring Turkish tulips, citrus, pomegranate, aromatic herbs, and several different types of perennials, set in a beautiful Turkish court. The Victorian District is also a locale that flower lovers with St. Louis apartments simply must make it a point to visit, which is home to the Kaeser Memorial Maze, a winding trail of yews with a beautiful gazebo as its center, the Kresko Family Victorian Garden, featuring some of the most beautiful flowers in the entire garden and a fabulous statue of the god Juno, and the Piper Conservatory. This is also the location of the Mausoleum Garden, where famed botanist Henry Shaw was laid to rest. This list could go on for many more pages, so for those St. Louis apartment residents wanting more, they'll just have to come by on their own and explore the full beauty of these gardens.

If you're a botany lover in a St. Louis apartment, especially if you have an apartment near the Missouri Botanical Gardens, then there's simply no reason not to give this place a visit. It features some of the most beautiful collections of flowers, trees, and other forms of vegetation in the country.
